Engineer visits, inspections and tests

Every 3 months post installation, we, have our engineers visit and inspect your PV systems to check for any drop in performance, product health & condition, physical damage etc. We also monitor your PV system performance on a daily basis via our Remote Monitoring system. You can also track your PV system performance from your android and iOS device from anywhere around the world. We will be the first to notify you, since we get a notification from our German inverters, the moment your PV system stops functioning for any reason. Engineer visits will continue for the first 5 years as our comprehensive warranty stands for a period of 5 Years.

All equipments are put through a stringent & thorough EURO test conditions. These include environment tests like moisture and dust tests too. Each of our equipments are delivered along with their test reports from the manufacturers. Post installation, we, handover all the test certificates to you and also to your DISCOM’s in a complete docket of documentations.
