Hydrophobic coating

Before the panels are being placed or fitted on the mounting structure, firstly each panel is thoroughly cleaned with our alcohol based cleaning solution. Once this step is completed, a coat of hydrophobic solution is immediately applied generously on all the PV modules.

Once this solution is applied, the PV modules are left to dry for the hydrophobic coat to bond with the glass. After 48 hours, these panels are then placed on the mounting structure where dust and fingerprints etc do not have any effect on the PV modules while handling them. This process is repeated on the 3^rd year for all our customers for no extra charges.

The hydrophobic coating does not allow dust, water, bird droppings, space dirt, chem Trail droplets etc to stick on the PV modules.

While cleaning the PV modules, friction between dust particles, stones etc develop scratches on them. Due to the hydrophobic coat, these scratches on the glass of PV modules are heavily avoided resulting in a massive increase in 20% output. This coat also helps to maintain a healthy life of the glass and the PV modules.
